Making our customers succesful and having a material impact on growing the company
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaborative, well-intentioned, and goal oriented. We're doing difficult work with lots of pressure and doing it with good people makes a huge difference.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We pay below market rate for most sales roles. It can be made up in commission, but it would be nice if we were more competitive on that aspect.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They can be defined by their ability to stay even keeled and in their reliability. Easy to have faith in their vision when they consistently deliver on their stated goals and help keep us all pointed in the same direction and motivated.
