Very employee centric, easy to access, a lot of company and 3rd part help when needed. I've seen benefits at Bob's not offered anywhere else in retail or the private sector and Bob's benefit program is a key reason I decided to work for the company.

I'm a driver who gets paid by the mile not by the hour. Being asked to more drive under the does limit to save on fuel expenses make every trip significantly longer. So in Essence i work longer for the same pay
Better treatment of employees and consideration in the event of any incident
i do feel valued, however, could be better paid on mattresses & cash incentive on BWP
A lot of room to grow is needed but no leadership guidance is availible
