You can't go wrong with a company that puts it's employees first!
CEO is very involved and definitely goes above and beyond for customers, but employees should have a higher salary
They should put better human resources and security personnel in charge.

Teaching, organizing and prioritizing their time better
Cheap furniture with poor quality management.

Hire people based on skills and experience not personality alone.
Hire people based on talent and credentials not personality alone.
