Its sometimes positive, but it has been negative too. Positive would be if you need help from a co worker, they usually will help.

The pay structure is terrible!
More professional leadership, being reasonable. Not everything is gonna be perfect,
less micromanaging, find ways to catch employees doing something right rather than looking for mistakes and berating us for 30 minutes everyday
Work life balance and fair pay
The company needs to be more realistic with the sale associate goals. The daily meetings repetitious and should only be once a week.
