My experience has been mixed. There is a lack of cateer growth. The lack of psychological safety, on some teams, because done senior leaders feel embolden to bully and condescend to their subordinates, because they know the firm will fo nothing, if they are perceived to be delivering.

Best part about my team are my cohorts and direct reports. We work well together, even with an ineffective line manager.

The frim uses it ERG to give the imoression that they are inclusive, Black and Latinx, employees, are promoted and paid less thsn their white counteroarts. The firm is not transparent about compensation. The lack of mentorship and sponsirship for employees makes minority employees feel undervalued

The firm continues to tolerate toxic and bad behavior from line mangets in leadership, reward toxic stars, and dsiregard employee complaints. Our Global Chair is very much out of touch, with the concerns of the emoyees. He needs take employee complaints seriously and act on them.
