BCG X has no empathy and does not prioritize people. They treat engineering and experienced hire as a commodity. Multiple times this year people had the rug pulled out from under them. The X leadership does not act like this is a human capital business with deep expertise.

The firm continues to tolerate toxic and bad behavior from line mangets in leadership, reward toxic stars, and dsiregard employee complaints. Our Global Chair is very much out of touch, with the concerns of the emoyees. He needs take employee complaints seriously and act on them.
