BCG does really value people, They do work hard, many hours are needed. It's not for the people who want to work M-F 8 hours. The work is demanding. However, with all this said they will take care of you financially. Everyone that is with BCG learns a tremendous amount of knowledge.

I feel supported in every area of my life even the personal areas. And that is coming from the top down so it makees the environment so different than many other companies. And if there are mistakes made, which we all do, we just learn from it and continue to help others.

Everyone truly cares about the team but also about each other. You cant say this about a lot of other companies.

BCG really cares about the health of the person, not only physical but mental health. They care about the whole person.

Would like our certifications to be paid if we go after them. Especially if they are in your area of expertise.

I am encouraged to grow beyond what my comfort zone is. The rewards are something I never would have imagined what I am capable of doing.

We all have the best attitudes towards our work and others. We are not here to just get awarded by ourselves but by the rest of the team.

Being in a support role that works 16 hour days and on weekends the Health Insurance is fantastic, but my base pay is low for how valubale I am worth.

The ability to contribute to solving the problem, and that when a problem is talked about others will jump in to help and this turns out that everyone is committed to helping each other out.

We all give 110% of the energy and time to work towards the solution. We are all focused on the solution, not the issue. And we all will go above that percentage if there is a need and many times there is. So to completely trust in the team is huge.

Well, I work at obtaining certificates to improve my knowledge and I would like to be awarded for this that do go above and beyond the rest of the teams. I think it helps the company when we take our own time and resources to improve our knowledge in our career areas.
