I think our leaders do a great job of being in the trenches with us. I never feel like they're "higher-ups" looking down and telling us what to do. If we put in long hours, so do they, and I do feel appreciated in those super busy seasons.

Did not honor promo and charged the customer for the phone without notification.

I value that they work with you when you not able to pay your bill on time
