They keep us up to date and involved with every aspect of the company.

Executive leadership is there but regular leadership is almost non existent & not involved enough. When they are involved its great, but doesn't last long.

I think our leaders do a great job of being in the trenches with us. I never feel like they're "higher-ups" looking down and telling us what to do. If we put in long hours, so do they, and I do feel appreciated in those super busy seasons.

The leadership team is horrible,no communication and absolutely no care for employees. C spire should have standards for leadership position.
Everything. This company needs to let go of all the telesales management and start fresh. I have had the worst management experience at this company while working in the call center. They know minimum about sales and are unhelpful.
