I like my teammates a lot. Everyone is very welcoming, excited to try new ideas, and hard-working.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is the number 1 issue. The management is horrible. And the requirements for the job are unrealistic. There NEEDS to be change, or they will lose all their good employees because of it.

The team of people and the willingness to try new things ans learn so that we can drive oir business forward
