Executive leadership is there but regular leadership is almost non existent & not involved enough. When they are involved its great, but doesn't last long.

Everything. This company needs to let go of all the telesales management and start fresh. I have had the worst management experience at this company while working in the call center. They know minimum about sales and are unhelpful.

Our CNO conduct's very nice meetings regularly and they are morale boosting. We always have goals set for the company as a whole and so its nice that those meetings are consistent & positive to keep everyone on track through out the year. This company is very respectful/thoughtful of others.

Generally, I feel like everyone in leadership positions is approachable. If you're overwhelmed, you can be honest about that, and they'll see how to help you.
The only positive part of this job was being able to work from home, but they are taking that away next month. So nothing positive anymore.

The interviewers were very friendly.
Moved fast but had the chance to interact with mutiple future colleagues
Met a lot of people and got insights from people at all levels of the organization.
The interview was great. But they lied. The job I was hired for is NOT the job I am doing now. Was hired as a sales agent, but now I am retention, customer care, billing, fiber, troubleshooting, and sometimes sales.

I like my teammates a lot. Everyone is very welcoming, excited to try new ideas, and hard-working.
Management is the number 1 issue. The management is horrible. And the requirements for the job are unrealistic. There NEEDS to be change, or they will lose all their good employees because of it.
