I wish we there more professional development options and that the departments would work together more instead acting so separated but the company overall is very nice and they take care of us! I can not complain otherwise.

Accountability and ownership of their work. Taking pride in our company acting in professional manner when representing CSpire in public.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Executive leadership is there but regular leadership is almost non existent & not involved enough. When they are involved its great, but doesn't last long.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our CNO conduct's very nice meetings regularly and they are morale boosting. We always have goals set for the company as a whole and so its nice that those meetings are consistent & positive to keep everyone on track through out the year. This company is very respectful/thoughtful of others.
