They're probably in line with the norm but I've found that immersing myself in the accounting and financial side of business ends up paying dividends later as it gives you an unparalleled view, understanding, and historically reference later on.

That I could be myself and tell the truth. Altice USA vision and mission statement were far more attractive and sticky after seeing just how dedicated the company is to it's people. Our customers come from all walks of life and so does our workforce. Fearless is my favorite though, AUSA is in one of the riskiest industries on the market and they are actually rethinking the previous business models and will likely find a way to capitalize on the vanishing cable revenues.
