I came in as an intern/co-op at an FC with no other interns; however, the leadership team immediately made me feel welcomed and gave me responsibilities. I found a love for the ecommerce and sports industry and a team that I enjoy working with. I am excited to (hopefully) continue with Fanatics!
Work effort and how everything is organized
I started as a Seasonal associate in the warehouse, and I was eager to learn and grow. I cross-trained over the past two years at Fanatics. I feel like if you have the skills required, you can grow with the company. It all depends on the position and your mindset.
I like working at Fanatics and the growth of the company. I like my team, but do get frustrated with other segments of the business not doing their job well and causing my team to scramble last minute. Overall very happy aside from my compensation, but I am glad my team has been adjusted.
