Stop having favouritism from management and clear out toxic members that have caused numerous employees to quit.
Talking with a few select coworkers, though usually stopped by management as they do not condone interacting in the yards.
Good leadership from experienced coworkers, though there are few that are hostile and condescending. Might also act unprofessional with not doing work because after working there for so long they "stopped caring".
Initially I liked it because it was very open and promising. However I now realize it was merely a baiting tactic to attract employees to work in an unfair work environment that underpays for its tasks and shows blatant favouritism.
$10/hr for a job that is not worth $10/hr. First add lunch breaks like a normal job and let me be treated fairly and not like some commodity. Should be allowed to hold on to personal belongings without being forced to put them in exposed cubbies. Allow staff to rest when needed.
