The coworkers that genuinely care and don't follow nasty behavior patterns like management. These coworkers stand out and shine bright because they udnerstand the assignment and work with you to help get the job done and stay outside of the drama/bullying.

I love a good majority of my coworkers and those people are the people that make my heart happy and make me feel good about showing up. They care, help and jump in when you're struggling and that's what teamwork should be.

Absolutely worst company to work for. I worked there for 4 years, in the four years instead of getting a yearly raise, i got only two raises. (One when i got promoted and once before my orginal amazing GM left us) they refuse to give you time off for medical and dont belive you. Or give you yoir pto

I've always been impressed with how Caribou Coffee cares about it's employees, but I've found it puzzling how hard of a time the company has conveying that sentiment to its employees. The corporate office team members truly care about supporting each coffeehouse wholeheartedly.
