Having worked at different sites I know the experience is not uniform. The ability to grow is very influenced by the site, and I feel I may have been held back at one, but am given the opportunity to work for growth at another. The key is I had the choice to make the change.

I clearly undersold myself when applying for my current position and should have been considered for a step higher. That has been recognised but the process to make the correction is slow.
