Remote working opportunity in my function, and a substantial amount of PTO that increases with tenure.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am currently being psid less than the previous Manager who had less experience than me. I am being paid under my job profile minimum as well. Bringing me up to the minimum within the job profile at least would seem fair.
