moral is very low and people are leaving because leaders don't know how to connect with their teams
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am currently being psid less than the previous Manager who had less experience than me. I am being paid under my job profile minimum as well. Bringing me up to the minimum within the job profile at least would seem fair.
