I started off the first five years enjoying the company and learning so much. After getting new management, nothing has been fair and I have seniority and receive private calls from Ernest asking to work a shift that's not mine. The team is great if they are properly trained; however, the work atmosphere is completely tainted because the lead supervisor keep stuff stirred up with the employees and never go off what he says but what he come up with at the very last minute.
