What do you like best about the leadership team?

They're the best in the whole company

Has heart , a great individual to talk to

The store manager is great but I dont like how one of the other managers are with customers and empower

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Caring for there associates and talking to them

Stop harassing workers based on managers own personal beliefs

they want you to come early to your shift to watch videos of the company

Treating people like humans. Speaking to their employees with respect. Stop having favoritism.

more nice to customers and emplyoees

Open and better communication. Making sure there aren't any rotten fruits in the bunch. They need to stop being part of the problem and enabling bad behaviour; to want better for the company, its one thing to take the pay, it's another to not do your job properly. Treat the business with dignity

Communication skills, training , deaking with staff

They need to get better at communicating and stop arguing.

Lack of concern for the safety of both customers and employees alike, also dishonest about pay; lack of communication between district manager, store manager and assistant manager. Very strong favoritism within the store.

First off the managers need to focus more on being managers instead of talking down on their part timers. They need to worry about actually being leaders rather than making fun of their employees. Create a safe space rather than a hostile environment.

Management at our particular store is rude, plays favorites with hours, and constantly talks down to us with curse words calling us idiots and such
