Has heart , a great individual to talk to
There abilitiy to show Concern when needed.
They take time to get to know you
They listen and teybto help us aa much as they can with what they are ablw to do with lack of help from higher ups
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring for there associates and talking to them
Stop harassing workers based on managers own personal beliefs
they want you to come early to your shift to watch videos of the company
Treating people like humans. Speaking to their employees with respect. Stop having favoritism.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been working for the company going on 2 years and have been through 4 store managers as well as 5 assistant managers who have all done their best to try and get me a promotion/raise from district but they always set up “interviews” when help is needed at a different location then say not
I feel undervalued because of the way people are treated; the communication between the associates and management isn't as extensive as it should, they use a lot of double standards in terms of policy and should be taken into consideration.
if they paid commission it would be better because they ask to much for just minimum wage and they are so successful...why not share with your employees? treat us better
No commision get paid minimum wage
For what we do during the day and the amount of mistreatment. and no hours on our schedule no matter how productive you are, if the manager doesn't like you she will not give you hours
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly, Outgoing, kind, respectful, fun
All focus on the same type of career field
We have all become "family" and help other become successful.
The assistant manager, without him I would have left by now. My co workers do a great job. Its my manager that makes the environment toxic
They always work hard and are always willing to help others.

Improvement on attitude and toxic work culture and sexual harassment. We can't work together better, my probation isn't even over and there has been 0 change, things just keep getting worse and it's the last straw, and time waits for no man
I think everyone could use an attitude adjustment. Everyone is there for the same reason and there should not be conflict.
No interest in having any type of responsibility, constantly on their phones. Inappropriate behavior in the workplace.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say my immediate coworkers/managers are the positive. My district managers talk down on a lot of my fellow employees and don’t treat us like real people with feelings, they treat us like we’re just there to help them make their go

I didnt feel any pressure to hide who I truly am
The way we were able to have a normal conversation while the interview was happening
Person who interviewed me was actually showing interest in what I had to say and asked me multiple in depth open ended questions.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The food comes out slow and cold. When they ask for a manager, they tell us to deal with it. They are never available to talk to customers. They sit in the office for majority of the shift.
