Champs has a lot of work to do when it comes to doing right by their employees. We literally make the money for the company everyday we work. We are, if not the most important, a very important piece of the company that needs more respect.

I started off the first five years enjoying the company and learning so much. After getting new management, nothing has been fair and I have seniority and receive private calls from Ernest asking to work a shift that's not mine. He promises me shoes and he goes back in his word when he wants. UNFAIR

Lack of concern for the safety of both customers and employees alike, also dishonest about pay; lack of communication between district manager, store manager and assistant manager. Very strong favoritism within the store.

First off the managers need to focus more on being managers instead of talking down on their part timers. They need to worry about actually being leaders rather than making fun of their employees. Create a safe space rather than a hostile environment.

I feel very undervalued. Me and 3 other employees were required to work double shifts because everyone else was out in quarantine. We were told we would at least get lunch everyday, but never received it. They pay is trash for the amount of work we do while the managers get all these bonuses off us.

The team is great if they are properly trained; however, the work atmosphere is completely tainted because the lead supervisor keep stuff stirred up with the employees and never go off what he says but what he come up with at the very last minute.

The only thing positive about our work environment are the people, which is a surprise given how bad everything else is around us. We still laugh joke and have fun even thought we are being worked to death in a store that needs upgrades and better response to Covid.
