The leadership team is not only extremely transparent but also, very willing to accept feedback and criticism and truly implement change. Everyone is very approachable and emotionally invested in the success of the company.

Not only do we receive unlimited PTO, but it is part of our policy that we are expected to take a minimum of at least 15 days of PTO. I've never worked at a company where making your well-being a priority was so strongly encouraged!
