We have a free lunch program daily, and it is a stipend so you can pick whatever you want. We also have cell phone reimbursement, free medical benefits, gym reimbursement AND unlimited PTO (which is encouraged to use!).

Not only do we receive unlimited PTO, but it is part of our policy that we are expected to take a minimum of at least 15 days of PTO. I've never worked at a company where making your well-being a priority was so strongly encouraged!

Incredibly talented team that wants to see everyone succeed!

Everyone wants the same thing - to see the company succeed and are supporting of each other. There are no politics

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Cognitiv makes an effort to have team bonding events regularly so everyone feels apart of the team wether you are in office or remote!

Culture is a priority and bi-coastal teams are encouraged to travel to other offices to mingle with co-workers. We also have an annual all hands which brings the entire company together and involves a lot of fun, friendly, competitive games

everyone is focused on solutions.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I got to connect with multiple people in the company as well as a team happy hour to meet the crew

Meeting the founders and senior leaders

Met leadership all the way up to the highest level, got a good idea of what working on the specific team would be like

Meeting different team members to see how you would fit and how you would interact with other teams.

I was able to interview with the 3 founders directly in the interview process, which allowed me to really understand the workplace culture and direction of the company.
