What did you like most about the interview process?

I got to connect with multiple people in the company as well as a team happy hour to meet the crew

Meeting the founders and senior leaders

Met leadership all the way up to the highest level, got a good idea of what working on the specific team would be like

Meeting different team members to see how you would fit and how you would interact with other teams.

I was able to interview with the 3 founders directly in the interview process, which allowed me to really understand the workplace culture and direction of the company.

Efficient and very communicative at all stages. Met someone from multiple departments. Final round was a social setting to meet the entire office, which i found very helpful!

Meeting everyone! I thought the last interview being a team happy hour was a nice touch.

I was fortunate enough to meet the co-founders during the interview process, to really get an idea of the vision for my role, for the company and for advertising. Meeting genuine and brilliant co-founders is rare - they had me with the science and their humor for sure!

From process to content, they are all good.

I met with several team members over 1-2 weeks. They were respectful of my timeline and giving me time to think over each step. I had a virtual meet and greet with the NYC office before accepting the position so we could all meet and get a feel for the culture.
