What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Cognitiv makes an effort to have team bonding events regularly so everyone feels apart of the team wether you are in office or remote!
Culture is a priority and bi-coastal teams are encouraged to travel to other offices to mingle with co-workers. We also have an annual all hands which brings the entire company together and involves a lot of fun, friendly, competitive games

The emphasis on getting to know others at the different offices.
Employees are not overworked and encouraged to take time off to relax and reset. We have monthly house competitions which are fun events each month where we compete in teams for prizes. It allows collaboration from employees in all different departments to interact. Always a great time!
Everyone genuinely enjoys being together. We have fun monthly team competitions to promote cross department and cross regional interactions. Groups of people are always eating lunch together. Company wide offsites.
