Toxic environment. If you're not a department head, you are severely mistreated as an employee and very underpaid. I have no idea where the averages on this site are coming from.

Give the managers training on how to manage people. Stop pitting people against each other. Pay fairly. Actually create promotional and growth opportunity for employees to it helps with retention.

They need some training on how to run an organization and how to manage people. It's run like a club. So much favoritism and unprofessional behavior. So many of them in leadership lack the actual qualifications to do what they do.
