Base Salary ( although doesnt go far in NYC as it should). The OTE comission strucure allowas me to grind and work hard and achieve double the base which im confdient i can do once i know the value of our products and get in a groove of fixing prospects problems on meetings.

Its everyone is kind and willing tomhelp and share their knowledge. i have a chance to learn from Ed, Andrew, Michael amd rhe rest of the AEs that have the experience that i lack at the moment - but always have someone tomanzwer a question amd sttategize this amd offer help.
