Customer service follow - up is poor

Not doing anything and getting paid while the distributor does all the work. You take the distributor to lunch and your day is done. It's a dream job for those with no passion or purpose

  • It is a very entrepreneurial culture with focus on getting things done. It's less process centric for that nature which has its pros and cons. The work environment is pretty flexible with flexible timings and work from home. People have worked here for long time and are very collaborative and easy to work with. Most of the time people with personal agenda are thrown out. Decisions are made fairly quickly
