Set realistic budgets. Restructure sales managers pay package so they do not have to burn out their staff in order to meet goals

Great so far. Some times it can be difficult because of miss-communication, or weather or sometimes you just don't work with people you like or agree with. With all that aside its overall fun and different which has been wonderful.
