What does the leadership team need to get better at?
staying in touch with the people in the individual markets where it isn't just for show so they can check it off the check list that it was done.
management needs to get better at everything they do
Set realistic budgets. Restructure sales managers pay package so they do not have to burn out their staff in order to meet goals
