It has been extremely rewarding and meaningful to work at a company with such an inspiring initiative.
I feel that success within the company depends on your ability to advocate for yourself. Not all supervisors/managers see that capabilities of their employees. I am lucky to now work in a team where my work and mind are recognized and valued. That was not always the case.
I have been a part of this company for almost three years and my experience has evolved over time. One thing that has remained consistent is my commitment to Curative's goals and values. During my time with Curative I have always felt valued not only as an employee, but as an individual.
My salary is the best part of my compensation package.
