DFA Greeley has been transformed into a hostile work environment. The drivers who do a good job get mistreated, the ones who do a poor job get rewarded. Management refuses to hold people accountable but is very willing to threaten and strong arm others into fixing there problems.

The freight rates have been raised but the scheduling and customer service to member dairies has gone down.

Fueling and cleaning trucks, communicating milk levels, mechanical issues, road impediments and closures and everyone being willing to help not just a small few.

Compensation is not the main priority at least for me. I’d like to be treated fairly, feel safe and respected when I come to work and not be threatened or forced into covering the supervisors mismanagement?
