i learned how to be part of a team and be developer. That is my first job by proggrammer because i am so young but here i got a lot of help from another proggrammers from my technology community. I got a lot of hard skills include interesting skills which not exactly what i do every day

Have a huge experience with different technologies. As a .NET developer I was involved in two projects&each of then unique and have strong and different technology stack and it's helping you to improve in many ways. Also you can take part in another proj. activities like DevOps thins which is option

I think this is more about internal processes and how I came to it. I was a bit unexperienced in sort of topics but out management help me to understand it and learn me how to make them work on you

More coding and some hard features that i need to provide. I like to think over something and study that is the reason why i like my job and this company in generaly because there are so many courses and interesting work.

We are really friendly. When I was a Junior everybody were opened for some advices and helped me with my questions about some technical things and I Love it. I like the way everybody take you as a person first and then as a developer or etc.

In our team as in our company we dont care different cultures we try to look in person communicate and skills at first. By the way i will do dreadlocks and i asked some people is that agree in that Company and everybody sad that nobody cares about your style or personal stuff that is up to me
