How employees describe working at DigniFi

First off make sure to tell the customer that they need to say they want to pay full amount! According to customer support because those words were not mentioned I continued to get charged interest when I paid the full amount even after asking them if that was all I needed to pay.

Not good. This has been a dead end job. I don't feel valued or respected, and have never been rewarded for the incredible growth I've created in my territory or for all the above-and-beyond I've done. The company has showed me that I'm worthless to them and I will never be allowed to advance.

Everyone is always available to assist from top to bottom.

Amazing partners, given all the tools to succeed.

I am a new employee of about two months. So far, the experience has been a nice one and management has been very supportive. The entire experience has been positive thus far.
