Down to earth, friendly and helpful
The executives are very open with all employees about what's going on in the company and where things are heading. They are all very nice and will offer any help or answers needed.

DigniFi's leadership team is passionate, which can, of course, be incredibly beneficial, but at the same time, can cause strife where it shouldn't.

Taking care of their employees. Being organized. Holding every department accountable for their work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises, cost of living adjustments, and decent, respectable pay are not a concept acknowledged by the people who run DigniFi. Hard work is never honored by a promotion or a raise. Top performers receive nothing for their efforts. High quality employees are not valued.
I'm not sure if I get paid fairly compared to men or others in my position, and I'm pretty sure I'm making the same as people in markets with a much lower cost of living. I would like to make more, of course. I'm afraid other poeple on my team may be making more because they are friends with manager

The team has done really good, honest people. They're willing to help each other with anything and there's no petty problems or drama.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The HR rep who interviewed me was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and answered every question I had. She truly cared about the people she hired and that process, and it really showed.
It was personal and friendly.

It was presented in a casual manner but yet in a professional way
HR was extremely transparent and open during the interview.
The HR rep interviewing me made the conversation a little less formal and was willing to stay on the phone as long as necessary to answer any questions I had.
