It has been great overall, with just a couple minor issues. I think things will continue to go well.

Employees are typically recognized in team meetings for their accomplishments, and help is available when needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone seems very motivated to get out there and get it done, really succeed, and drive improvement.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having my clients be happy to see me and excited about using DigniFi, then being able to help their customers as well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The HR rep interviewing me made the conversation a little less formal and was willing to stay on the phone as long as necessary to answer any questions I had.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executives are very open with all employees about what's going on in the company and where things are heading. They are all very nice and will offer any help or answers needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm not sure if I get paid fairly compared to men or others in my position, and I'm pretty sure I'm making the same as people in markets with a much lower cost of living. I would like to make more, of course. I'm afraid other poeple on my team may be making more because they are friends with manager
