A mix of positive and negative (as with all things). Positive because I love my team and I love getting to work on interesting and large scale projects. Negative because there are several personalities that make staying organized and productive more challenging than I feel it should be.

Laughing with my teammates, while simultaneously getting to work on large scale projects.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The relaxed atmosphere and the general feeling that everybody has a voice and the power to affect the company's future.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
DigniFi's leadership team is passionate, which can, of course, be incredibly beneficial, but at the same time, can cause strife where it shouldn't.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Each individual team within our company is very group-oriented and strives to do their best and helps others do their best as well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet several employees at the company ranging from sales to the CTO and was really given the sense that I was welcome and this was a team that just wanted to get stuff done.
