How employees describe working at DigniFi
First off make sure to tell the customer that they need to say they want to pay full amount! According to customer support because those words were not mentioned I continued to get charged interest when I paid the full amount even after asking them if that was all I needed to pay.
Not good. This has been a dead end job. I don't feel valued or respected, and have never been rewarded for the incredible growth I've created in my territory or for all the above-and-beyond I've done. The company has showed me that I'm worthless to them and I will never be allowed to advance.

Great! There are several options, all of which offer incredible coverage at an extremely reasonable rate.
Does DigniFi drug test or do a background check?
Background, yes. Drug test, not currently but that could change
No drug test in the past, but obviously that could change. Unsure if a background check was done.
What's the work from home policy like at DigniFi?
There is no official policy
Most of the sales team is out at accounts and prospects every day. Your ‘office’ is at home but you won’t be working from home much.

That seems to be localized to the tech teams. Several interns have been given full time jobs and are doing amazing.
