The beginning of my time with Eclipse was fantastic. There was a great culture and the leadership team worked just as hard for the success of the company as everyone else. As time has passed, the leadership team has almost completely isolated themselves and claim the successes of other individuals.

The team at Eclipse are great to work with, sometimes there are redundant meetings but that is typical at any company.

I think there needs to be a push to treat everyone with equality. It seems like the non-management team is overworked and underappreciated.

The best thing about Eclipse is definitely the people. Everyone becomes part of a family and we are able to have a lot of fun in the office and outside of work.

More pay transparency would be nice. It has come out recently that men are being paid over women both in equal positions and even when the women has a more technical/senior role

I think the company culture would be better if the leadership team made more of an effort to interact with everyone. The rest of the team is friendly and easy to get along with.

The leadership team has isolated themselves away from the company. They offer no recognition for all the hard work being done and they are quick to take credit for the successes. There is so much volatility in the company, things would be better if everyone was open about the state of the business
