Utilize your relationship with someone who currently works for Eclipse, it seems interns are welcome but typically it's by reference of someone who already works here rather than recruiting interns from schools or job fairs

Eclipse Gaming hires people who are a combination of a great skill set that fits the role they are applying for and can add to the company, as well as those who are a great cultural fit with the existing team.

The ceo prefers everyone to be on-site, so remote work is off the table for the most part unless you've got an appointment or something. A day or two of remote work here and there is allowed. There's a lot of external recruitment going on and not much internal recruitment.
