What do you like best about the leadership team?
How they interact with the staff and take time
Simply they care for me professionally and personally
The team utilizes coaching and mentorship, so I am being guided through the ropes and I have the ability to ask questions. Challenging the leadership team is more than welcomed as Eclipse is a very diverse company, welcoming all forms of feedback followed by constructive discussions.
They are very open and transparent
They are very helpful and give directions or advice to help get the work done. They are not over your shoulder and put trust on their team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team has isolated themselves away from the company. They offer no recognition for all the hard work being done and they are quick to take credit for the successes. There is so much volatility in the company, things would be better if everyone was open about the state of the business
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is comprhensive and reasonable
The best part about my compensation packet is the relocation assistance. Moving is stressful alone, but to have a great package followed by fair pay and great benefits made the move much easier.
Salary and Benefits are great
Benefits are awesome with a large company contribution toward the overall package. It's possible to have a healthcare plan with free dental, medical and vision.
I have not had a 401k plan in a long time. I'm very thankful to have that option now with Eclipse
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More pay transparency would be nice. It has come out recently that men are being paid over women both in equal positions and even when the women has a more technical/senior role
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are collaborative and care about my opinion, even though they are sebior
The best thing about my team is the collaboration efforts put into all projects. Even as we get individual assignments, we are all excited to hear everyone's feedback and get new ideas from a different perspective.
Very cool team who are extremely collaborative
Very open and friendly team with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed. We know how to work hard and how to enjoy work and social time.
I like how inclusive and friendly they are. They will help or give advice if you're ever stuck or need a little help.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The team at Eclipse are great to work with, sometimes there are redundant meetings but that is typical at any company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It has a positive policy, it recognizes positive thoughts and behaviors
Working in a company that thrives on diversity, equity, and inclusion tools.
Great interaction between co-workers and a tight knit environment where everyone looks out for each other.
The willingness of others to help without being asked.
I can honestly say that I've never been surrounded by so many genuine, authentic, and friendly people. The company truly cares about its employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There isn't just one thing. The entire system at Eclipse is fundamentally broken. The only place I can recommend to start is listen to the employees and put in a corrective action plan for the top 1 or 2 pain points, then readjust.
I think the company culture would be better if the leadership team made more of an effort to interact with everyone. The rest of the team is friendly and easy to get along with.

Get to meet a lot of people

Got a chance to speak to a lot of the leadership team on an individual basis and in a uncommonly candid forum.
I liked how transparent and personable it was. I felt my work and experience was appreciated.
Interviewers were very open and friendly, clearly expressing the challenges.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Don't take multiple months to interview an employee.
What makes you most happy at work?
There is a variety of activities around the office to assist in the creative process or for breaks. There is also an employee break room that is clean and makes it easy for the employees to be together during lunch.
Many things make me happy at work, but the work environment matters to me. People at Eclipse share the same values as me. It makes me feel comfortable in my role, which helps me stay engaged in my work and offer the best of my abilities to work as a group toward organizational goals.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think there needs to be a push to treat everyone with equality. It seems like the non-management team is overworked and underappreciated.
What do you like best about your company?
The best thing about Eclipse is definitely the people. Everyone becomes part of a family and we are able to have a lot of fun in the office and outside of work.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Leadership listening to the rest of the company and showing more appreciation.
