It has a positive policy, it recognizes positive thoughts and behaviors
Working in a company that thrives on diversity, equity, and inclusion tools.
Great interaction between co-workers and a tight knit environment where everyone looks out for each other.
The willingness of others to help without being asked.
I can honestly say that I've never been surrounded by so many genuine, authentic, and friendly people. The company truly cares about its employees.
Employees are engaged, motivated, and supportive of each other. You are encouraged to learn to improve your professional development. I also love the fact they're involved in helping the community.
the environment is nice and it is mostly inclusive and diverse.
Recognition of talent and appreciation for work done. Work in my segment can be thankless sometimes, so I'm glad to be with a company that has some genuine gratitude.
I believe this is based on how well the team gets a long and works together to create a positive culture. Celebrating accomplishments, recognizing people, as well as, providing amenities like, a pickle ball court, fitness center, and free snacks and drinks really do the trick.
Not formal and collaborative environment
For the most part it is a pretty laid back environment. Obviously gets a little hectic when big deadlines are coming up but that seems to not be the norm.
You feel the culture as you walk in the door. The office is new in the past year and is geared for the employees from the layout to the snacks. Happy hour on the patio is nice.
One has all the perks of working for a smaller company in this industry. Take care of your business and you have a lot of autonomy/freedom. Free booze. Free snacks. After work get togethers. If you have kids/appointments/whatever during the day, work around those commitments no problem.
It's fun, a very cool tech office with games, and snacks.
We play as hard as we work. There's a pickleball court on campus, an employee gym, massage chairs, a game room, and a great patio. Plus, the company stocks free snacks and drinks, with healthy and unhealthy options. Pretty generous!
The leadership of Eclipse truly cares about we employees and about the communities in which we live and do business. In addition, our Duluth corporate headquarters is focused on keeping employees engaged. We have a gym, massage chairs, a pickleball court, a game room, and an employee cafeteria.
Really great atmosphere. Friendly people with deep and varied interests, and plenty of opportunities to socialize.
Everyone believes in the company mission to make great games.
There isn't just one thing. The entire system at Eclipse is fundamentally broken. The only place I can recommend to start is listen to the employees and put in a corrective action plan for the top 1 or 2 pain points, then readjust.
I think the company culture would be better if the leadership team made more of an effort to interact with everyone. The rest of the team is friendly and easy to get along with.
