Once per year. But last year they did not raise salary due to pandemic

6 whopping month leaves for maternity leave and few weeks leaves for paternity. Igt policies are not as good as it used to be.

There is no dress code in IGT. You may wear Jeans and T shirt on any given day but the T shirt should be simple...Business casual is allowed
How secure do you feel at your job at IGT?
Not secure at all. I'm currently on a team that isn't utilizing my skillset nor my nearly 16 years of experience in the casino gaming industry nor are they leveraging my 16 years of IGT knowledge.

Fixing drawing for prizes at IGT, Lakeland, Florida for full time IGT employees were supposed to be put in the drawing, but only a few was put in that did overtime for the year
