It has been very good, I joined during the start of the pandemic, and my bosses and coworkers have been very accommodating of being new and not having the typical experience of really learning how the office works. Despite this, I still have been able to collaborate with others without issues.

They are able to remain professional while being informal. It allows me to interact with them more like friends without sacrificing productivity.

They have a very clear vision of what needs to happen so it makes it easier to complete tasks when they are so clearly outlined.

Currently, I am very cautious of COVID-19, and I would say that the thing I currently respect my coworkers for the most is their understanding and willingness to respect my personal boundaries in a time when so many don’

I often work on a lot of projects simultaneously, and it might be the OCD in me, but I absolutely love finishing a project and wrapping up all that work. Since I take part in so many I finish at least 2 per week.

Despite my boss being a businessman that is very analytical, he manages to bring a really human and social air to all of his interactions with me and my coworkers. It’s very nice that he is so business oriented but a very friendly guy to his employees and partner
Quelle est la meilleure partie de votre programme de rémunération?
I am an athlete, and we are given access to excellent athletic facilities. I also get to train with my boss, who is a 22 time Ironman competitor, which really makes me enjoy work. Often on our lunch breaks and after work we will go train together, which is all a result of the office benefit package.
