My manager in particular is excellent. I could not ask for a better team. The executive team is much more involved and hands on and transparency has greatly improved. Goals are clear and I feel valued and invested in.

Listening to their employees. Not making decisions that are based on what they think is the right direction and actually doing user research.

Knowing my equity shares are actually going to be worth something one day

I have moved to a new roll onto the a team where I can be of more value which is great! However, with that move I am now paid less with more responsibility. I believe based on my research of comparable positions at various companies and the cost of living in California I am underpaid.

There is an overall positive atmosphere across Events.com even with remote work. I do not feel isolated and love how passionate and motivated everyone is. We can all see the light at the end of the tunnel. A lot of exciting things to come.

We do have a solid camaraderie on our team and cross functionally as well for the most part. It is difficult to build a culture without an inhouse hr team and being remote but for where we are at the culture is great
