it is enough for me not to need to look elsewhere, i get paid a good wage for my responsibilities and me being very happy in my role.

Mine was slightly different, i had met with senior management just for a chat & when a suitable position came up, i was asked if interested, which i was. I had then met with key persons / management & then offered the position.
