I feel that our managers and supervisor have been too long in the same position that they now lack what a true leadership should be. They need to experience different departments as I feel they are to comfortable in their long positions

They listen to their employees and do their best to work with those above them to implement requested changes

Within the immediate team - they are super supportive! If we are speaking beyond that into higher leadership, I have limited exposure to that.
