What did you like most about the interview process?

They answered all of my questions and I had a lot. 15+

They look for candidates with the right attitude first

being encouraged to connect with others about the role to learn if I felt I would fit in

The questions along with knowing the mission statement of the company.

You get about three interviewers

It aligned was more situational and behavioral which showed that the company valued hiring for the cultural fit and not just the job experience/skills I brought to the table.

It was direct with the regional senior management and we had discussed ideas and attitudes ... this was the main positive points
